Leaders are lonely in Poland. The do not invite their subordinates into the common decision-making. The do not engage their people into setting of the directions for companies’ development. They do not develop reporting managerial teams for future succession. Thus very often they find themselves left alone. Thus very often they do not know what unique values, attitudes and behaviours they do possess in their own ‘repertoire’. The leaders do not know the size of richness which they could pass on to other people. For the growth of their brands, businesses, and markets.
