Tarka Executive’s in cooperation with the University of Lower Silesia implemented the project titled “Practical training for labour market,” co-financed by the European Union in the amount of PLN 1 930 087.40.

The support for the project was the participation of 200 senior students of 4 faculties conducted in the University of Lower Silesia, i.e. national security, journalism and communication, pedagogy and special education.

Under the Programme the students participated in Action Learning (AL) supporting personal potential for career development in the modern labour market. Then, they were doing paid, 180-hour internships on the basis of individual internship programmes. Furthermore, they participated in the Cycle of 8 Competence Workshops based on the 6 C-s™ Tarka Executive’s management model devoted to the development of key competences for the knowledge-based economy led by a team of Tarka Executive’s Senior Experts.

The main objective of the project was diagnosis and development of senior students’ and graduates’ competences for their future success in the increasingly competitive labour market in Poland and Europe.
