Study Program

It is a one-year program with lessons of varied degree of difficulty. The studies aim at an intensive training of managerial competencies – vital for effective human resource management in a company or other organization.

The study program is based on an original concept “Six C”, created by Krzysztof Tarka from Executive. The program builds competencies in the areas of: Control, Construction, Competence, Commitment, Communication and Culture.

The offer for managers

Participation in the course provides an opportunity to become acquainted with modern concepts of management, with successful approaches to managing subordinates, a team or a given structure. With practical techniques indispensable for effective group management, coaching of subordinates, goals and functions of newly-subordinate team, motivation and earning of employees, recruitment and training of the best people. These kinds of challenges are the ones managers have to face – both in Polish organizations and companies, in large stock market companies as well as departments of international corporations.
