The Programme is based on an original approach – “wealth-strength-worth” developed by Executive. According to this model, the position of the companies, organizations and institutions on the market is a derivative of three factors dependent on their leaders:

The wealth of the owners, i.e. the capital, financial and investment resources.		Strength of the organization, i.e. cohesion of structures and the position of the brand		The value of the employees, i.e. their knowledge, competences, attitude and engagement

Each company, institution or organization is based on a certain three-sided unspoken contract; the parties are influence of the owners (wealth), influence of the executives (strength) and influence of the employees (worth).
