Description of the faculty
The lessons are based on an original concept λ (Lambda) created by Executive. The model describes vital yet “unspoken function” of expert and managerial personnel.
The Lambda concept is based on integrated management of:
- Image and company’s market communication (company’s brand for clients/consumers)
- Image and employer communication (brand of employer for employees/ labour market)
More and more often managers are responsible for:
- Building of company’s market brand, sales, product management, market communication
- As well as working groups’ management, representing employers’ interest, internal communication and taking care of relations with the employees.
